At Home Co., Ltd. (“At Home”) is an enterprise particularly renowned for its “at home” real estate information website. In the past, the company advanced business operations by using independent systems at each workplace. With the expansion in corporate scale, however, it grew impossible for the sales management operations and the systems used to support that work to keep up with the load, while hurdles were also encountered in strengthening compliance. This prompted studies aimed at devising a workflow platform and an application base to serve as the internal system platform.
Rising to this challenge, the intra-mart Accel Platform (“intra-mart”) was mobilized in the quest to formulate sales management systems in support of future product development and pioneering of new customers. At present, those systems are being steadily released in phases, and progress are being made in shared recognition between business divisions concerning business flow and the drafting of sales management rules, leading to greater operational efficiency and other successes.
With the integration of individual systems, likewise anticipated are reductions in system cost, along with the concentration of resources in activities that yield greater value for customers.
