Comments regarding the incident
Dear clients,
We have received an incident report regarding the documents provided by our company, where some files included in the document redirected to a site that has nothing to do with our products and services. After investigation, we have discovered that the incident occurred due to a script of an external service that was used in the past remaining in the document.
The script of the external service was originally used to transition to the external service site (another company has now acquired the domain) to provide our service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this incident.
We have conducted security management related to the use of external services in accordance with the security policy, however, we deeply regret that we did not take sufficient measures to prevent this incident. We will be making efforts to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

Thai AirAsia needed to outsource to developers that all changes of approval route and new creation for internal workflow system. It not only took much time to get started as new workflow operations but also cost a lot.

NTT DATA INTRAMART took part in Signavio World 2019 that Signavio held in Berlin, Germany, on 20-21th November to exhibit as a gold sponsor. At the event, NTT DATA INTRAMART presented IM-BPM, which is BPM software offering to continuous business process management needs and challenges.

(INTRAMART CORP, Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo, Representative: Yoshihito Nakayama) has announced that we have signed a partnership agreement with Signavio Gmbh (Signavio, Headquarters: Berlin Germany, CEO: Dr.Gero Decker), a leading vendor of business process visualization and analysis tools, for the aim to develop work style reforms by digitizing business processes.
Recently, the expectations for efficiency and automation of business processes are increasing due to work style reforms and DX promotion efforts in companies. In particular, RPA has rapidly gained popularity due to its ease of use and its immediate effect. But from the perspective of the entire business process, it is still limited to the automation of partial work, and major issue is how to connect the result with overall optimization.
